Mix all the ingredients with a wooden spoon until combined. You will see the dough will form a ball.

Cover and let it rise for 8 to 10 hours at room temperature.

Preheat the oven to 250°C or 480°F.

Sprinkle some flour on the counter, place the dough on it, and sprinkle more flour on top of the dough to avoid sticking.

Cut the dough into 4 pieces, stretch each piece gently into a baguette shape, and put it on a baking tray.

Bake it for approximately 25 minutes depending on how golden you want them.
